Miss Louisa Maddock
Before starting at Castle House School, I worked in administration in the education sector for a year where I was able to complete an administration apprenticeship and develop the relevant skills and knowledge to help me with future job roles I may hold.
I was lucky enough to join the Castle House School family in August 2020 to be the administrator and first aider. The biggest joy about working in education is that no two days are the same, and whilst office administration is where my passion is, it never ceases to amaze me how much you can learn from a conversation with any of the children from just walking past them or helping them after an injury.
In my free time I am a proud leader at 1st Newport Brownies. Before becoming a fully qualified leader I was a young leader/ Guide helper for 8 years, and before that a Brownie at the same unit. I have therefore been a part of the unit since I was 7. I also love spending time with my family which includes a hyper 6-year-old brother and an 8-year-old springer spaniel. We all love going on long walks together.
